Exhibitor Summary

All exhibitors at IAHCSMM conferences receive a listing in the Guide to Exhibits. The listing is alphabetical and includes the company name, a brief description of products or services (100 word maximum), and contact information. Deadlines for printing require a lead time of 45 days prior to conference dates.

Event Sponsorships

Every IAHCSMM meeting offers extensive opportunities for suppliers to gain exposure through the sponsorship of specific conference events and activities.

Breaks, Socials and Registrant Give Aways

Visibility details vary by event but include:

Conference handout book, meeting program and public acknowledgement of sponsorship
Appropriate printed name exposure at the event
Literature (or other item) distribution (specific item requires prior staff review and approval)

AM Session Breaks (Mon, Wed):	$1,500 each
PM Session Breaks (Sun, Mon or Tues):	$1,500 each
Exhibit Hall Refreshment Break :	$2,500 each
Breakfast Coupons (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed):	$1,000 per single day
Breakfast Coupons (Entire Conference):	$3,500 (save $500)
Membership Lunch Co-Sponsor: (other sponsor is Spectrum Surgical)	$10,000
