Wade Collins Memorial Educational Fund
A fund has been established at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, Texas in memory of Wade Collins, who served as Director of Central Service at the hospital for 26 years. Wade, who had been active in state and national Central Service organizations for over 30 years and had been an ASHCSP Board member, passed away unexpectedly in April 2009. He had many friends both in his profession and in industry and served as a Deacon in his beloved church for many years. This fund will be used solely for educational purposes—seminars, textbooks, etc.—by members of the Central Service Department at Scottish Rite Hospital. This should be an excellent way to remember Wade’s smile.
Anyone wishing to celebrate the memory of Wade can make a tax deductible donation which will be acknowledged in writing.
